For window cleaning and pressure washing, tell us whether a working outdoor water connection is available and who can provide access. If water is unavailable, let us know before scheduling so we can confirm whether the job can be accommodated and quote any additional arrangements.
Can you work around our business hours?
Share your opening hours, busiest periods and preferred service window. We coordinate access and a schedule with you before booking. Early, late or off-hours visits depend on availability and the property’s requirements.
How do estimates work?
Send the property address, requested services and photos. We review the details and may arrange a walkthrough when measurements, condition or access need checking. Your written estimate states the approved scope and price. Additional work is discussed and approved before it is performed.
When is a deposit required?
Deposit requirements depend on the project and its materials or equipment needs. Any required deposit, amount, due date and remaining payment terms are stated in your written estimate or agreement before you approve the work.
